About the company
We are currently recruiting for a Site Support Technician on behalf of our client, a specialist in passive fire protection products.
Your tasks
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional to join a technical team, providing on-site installation guidance, product demonstrations and training to construction teams across the South of England.
As a Site Support Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring products are installed correctly and in line with technical requirements.
- Visit construction sites to provide installation advice and practical demonstrations.
- Deliver toolbox talks and training to installers and contractors.
- Monitor installation practices and identify potential issues.
- Capture site photographs, measurements and observations, producing accurate reports.
- Build strong relationships with contractors and project teams.
- Provide feedback to support technical guidance and product development.
This Site Support Technician position offers the chance to develop specialist technical knowledge while supporting projects across the construction industry.
Requirements
- Practical experience working on construction sites.
- Full, valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and complete accurate reports.
- Experience in façade installation, passive fire protection or fire-stopping is advantageous.
- Confident working independently and delivering practical demonstrations.
