The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage your own portfolio of clients, candidates, and vacancies within a dedicated sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Source and headhunt high-quality candidates for live vacancies
- Conduct interviews, manage feedback, and coordinate the hiring process
- Develop new business opportunities through client engagement and sales activity
- Negotiate offers, fees, and placement terms
- Understand client requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions
- Work towards and exceed KPIs and performance targets
Recruitment Consultant Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role
- Ambitious, motivated, and driven to succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone manner and ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive, resilient, and target-driven approach

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 8:45am – 5:30pm
- Early Friday finish
- No weekends or evenings
