• Assist callers with travel and benefits inquiries, bookings, changes, and cancellations via phone.
• Provide accurate information about travel itineraries, policies, and services.
• Handle callers concerns with empathy, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in customer service (experience in travel or hospitality is a plus).
• Fluent in English and German.
• A clear and confident communicator, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable using CRM tools.
• Detail-oriented, solution-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about travel and helping people.
