Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day stall operations in the wet market Lead and guide sales staff and butchers on duties and performance Ensure fresh meat is properly displayed, handled, and stored according to hygiene standards Serve customers, provide product recommendations, and handle special cutting requests Monitor stock levels, coordinate ordering, and minimize waste Set and track daily sales targets and performance Handle cash transactions, billing, and basic record-keeping Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently Coordinate opening and closing of the stall
