Systems and Stock Control Specialist

• Execute invoices over the system
• Execute copy sales order requests
• Execute return requests
• Execute credit and debit notes
• Execute inventory transactions
• Distributing Target by vehicles over Sales channels on the system
• Print Invoice and Stock notice assigning.
• Review Sales data, validate it
• Review customer data and ensure that Sales entered correctly
• Execute periodic inventory check status
• Export Sales & Stock Reports for daily operation routine
• Perform regularly physical count across all showrooms
• Monitor all inventory movements
• Follow up the monthly plan with PDI, warehouse and logistics of all vehicles that needs addition to the missing options and ensure readiness before delivery through coordination with these departments and subordinates.
• Collect and execute delivery plan for Retail Showrooms

Monitor stock continuously and make sure that first in first out policy is applied.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree Special Certification or Training Required: Drive licensee Required Industry Experience: 1-3 years in an automotive related field preferred Technological Requirements: Work With Vehicles Repairs, Recondition, Body Repairs, Mechanical Issues, Microsoft Office Suite Language Requirements: Very good command of English
