HR - Compensation Senior Specialist
The Senior Compensation Specialist is responsible for executing compensation operations including offers, promotions, end-of-service processing, benchmarking, and compensation planning activities. The role supports data accuracy, timely reporting, and compensation processes across the organization in alignment with company policies and market standards.
Compensation Execution:
- Prepare and validate job offers ensuring competitiveness and alignment with grading and internal equity.
- Execute end-of-service settlements and support documentation and approvals.
- Support the promotions cycle, including data preparation and eligibility validation.
Compensation Cycles & Planning
- Participate in preparing the year-end compensation exercise, identifying gaps and supporting benchmarking activities.
- Contribute to the manpower pricing plan, ensuring proper data consolidation and reporting.
- Ensure readiness of systems and data for compensation-related processes.
Data Integrity & Reporting:
- Maintain high data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
- Generate reports and insights using Power BI and Excel for compensation KPIs and analysis.
- Participate in internal and external benchmarking across grades and job families
Operational Support & Requests:
- Respond to compensation-related ad-hoc requests, audits, and analysis needs.
- Support control over the position catalog, ensuring structure and grading accuracy.
- Handle employee transfers and routine actions in accordance with compensation guidelines.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Special Certification or Training Required: Certifications in compensation or data analytics are a plus. Required Industry Experience: 4–6 years of experience in compensation and HR operations. Technological Requirements: Microsoft office suite, Advanced Excel, HRIS systems, and Power BI is preferred. Language Requirements : Excellent command of English; spoken and written
