Fleet Section Head

Maintain and submit reports on performance activities of seasonal workers.

Cascade instructions to workers.

Follow up on workshop technicians clocking.

Review repair quality and diagnosis process.

On-job training for workshop staff.

Develop plan for workshop layout.

Manage workshop tools and equipment.

Perform all job duties in a safe manner using the proper PPE and be a proactive safety role model with co-workers.

Correct and report unsafe behaviors or equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Ensure cleanliness within the work environment.

Bachelors' Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical - Automotive ).

Experienced in the automotive field preferred commercial vehicles at least 2 years

strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry.

Experience in fault tracing & wiring repairs.

Can use diagnostic tools in fault tracing & troubleshooting

Very Good in English language.
