Budgeting and Costing Control Specialist

Preparing & control the MFG annual budget.

Arrange with HR all manufacturing personnel activity like (requirement / overtime and incentives …etc)

Responsible for the implementation of manpower plans to meet the overall production plan resources requirements.

Prepares various types of HR plans and the supporting forms and templates (e.g., manpower plans, training plans, etc.)

Review & update the factory overheads allocation to get monthly rate & cost / hour for each product.

Review & analysis monthly expenses before attending monthly performance meeting and compare with annual budget.

Educational Requirements: BSc. Of commerce or any equivalent certificate

Required Industry Experience: 1-3 years
