Assembly and Test Shop Engineer

Good understanding of Vehicle Assembly processes and the different stages of vehicle assembly.

Ability to monitor production processes and ensure compliance with the defined work sequence and specifications.

Ability to handle production problems, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Good knowledge of Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis techniques.

Ability to monitor and improve Cycle Time and achieve production productivity targets.

Good understanding of Production KPIs, including:

-Production Achievement -Productivity -OEE -Manpower Efficiency -Quality Performance -Line Downtime Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.

Good knowledge of 5S and workplace organization.

Ability to follow and implement Standardized Work / Work Instructions.

Ability to participate in New Model / New Line Launches, including Trials & Ramp-up activities.

Commitment to Safety, Quality, and Production Standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering.

1–3 years of relevant work experience.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
