Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage steel fabrication projects from project initiation through completion and delivery.

Develop project plans, schedules, and monitor progress against agreed timelines.

Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and other internal teams.

Monitor project costs, resources, quality, and overall performance.

Review project requirements, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Ensure projects are executed in compliance with client requirements, technical standards, and quality procedures.

Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions.

Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Track project milestones and provide regular progress updates.

Ensure effective coordination between design, fabrication, and project teams.

5–7 years of experience in Project Management within the Steel Fabrication industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes and project execution.

Hands-on experience with StruMIS and SAP is required.

Strong project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
