Your tasks

Support in the sale of products and services from the company's activities

• Receiving orders
• Resolving customer problems and complaints
• Controlling payments and constant contact with customers for the purpose of debt collection
• Maintaining and updating the web shop and websites
• Translating and updating machine instruction manuals from the sales brochure
• Presenting products to potential customers
• Taking care of the procurement of spare parts
• Coordination between customers and service
• Reporting on completed work

Requirements

Qualifications

• Education: IV/VI or VII level of education in mechanical, electrical, or related fields
• Computer literacy
• Active knowledge of English
• Ambition in achieving work goals, independent seeking of new solutions
• Communication and good presentation skills
• Self-initiative, proactivity
