About the company
You’ll be working for our coffee brand the Kolektif. This role can be filled as one all-round position, or - depending on experience and availability - split into two part-time roles. What you’ll be doing Content & social media:
Your tasks
- Daily Instagram stories
- 3 feed posts + 1 reel per week (per brand)
- Managing DMs, comments and interactions
- Creating content based on key messages
- Thinking along on formats and storytelling
Photography & video
- Photo and video shoots for café, workshops and brand content
- Creating and editing Reels
- Editing photos and videos
- Being present during shoots and key moments
- Consistent visual and tonal identity
- Increased engagement
- Less day-to-day involvement from us
- Content that truly fits the brand
Requirements
We’re looking for a creative Content Creator to help us build and grow our brands on social media in a consistent, human and authentic way.
Who we’re looking for
- Based in Bali / Indonesia
- Own camera, gear and editing software
- Strong in photography and video (Reels)
- Understands Instagram formats and trends
- Reliable: agreements are agreements
- Strong sense of brand, atmosphere and detail
- Proactive but open to feedback
- English is sufficient
What we are NOT looking for
- Overly commercial content
- Generic or impersonal (AI-like) content
- Trend-hopping without brand alignment
- Polished visuals without character
