About us Gassi Holidays, a group of companies based in Thessaloniki, with a long-standing and dynamic presence in the tourism sector, is seeking an HR Manager for its facilities in Thessaloniki. The position holder will have an active and substantial role in the operation and further development of the Group's human resources, contributing to the creation of modern HR processes, the proper staffing and development of teams, and the shaping of a positive employee experience. The position involves working on-site at the Group's facilities in Thessaloniki.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, formulation, and implementation of the Human Resources strategy, in alignment with the Group's business objectives.
• Management of the overall Recruitment & Selection process, from identifying and attracting candidates to selection and hiring.
• Collaboration with individual departments to record staffing needs and human resources planning.
• Monitoring and evaluating employee performance and supporting the development of employees and teams.
• Organization and support of a comprehensive Onboarding & Employee Integration process.
• Management and updating of personnel files and ensuring the correct adherence to required procedures.
• Monitoring and management of leaves, attendance, overtime, and other daily human resources management matters.
• Implementation and ensuring compliance with the Group's HR policies, procedures, and practices, as well as applicable labor legislation.
• Development of actions to enhance Employee Engagement and employee commitment.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the People Experience at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Monitoring the labor market, HR trends, and modern human resources management practices, and leveraging relevant opportunities.
• Design, development, and continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and tools, aiming for more efficient Group operation.
• Providing advisory support to Management and executives regarding human resources matters.

Required Qualifications: Candidate Profile

• University Degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an organized HR environment. Experience in the Hospitality / Tourism sector will be considered an additional asset.
• Very good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of IT and MS Office, with particular emphasis on MS Excel.
• Very good knowledge and practical understanding of Human Resources Management processes.
• Ability to implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Essential to have a means of transport to access the Group's facilities.
