Scrum Master - Agile Practices Leader

Job Objective

We are looking for an Agile Practices Leader to lead the adoption, standardization, and continuous improvement of agile methodologies within the organization.

The person will be responsible for defining the appropriate methodological framework for different projects, accompanying teams in their implementation, and establishing standards, metrics, and best practices that allow for improved project management and value delivery to the business.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the agile methodologies framework.
• Evaluate projects and determine the most suitable management methodology: Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Lean, or hybrid models.
• Define standards, processes, templates, metrics, and best practices for project management.
• Accompany and advise Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Measure the agile maturity of teams through indicators and propose improvement plans.
• Monitor compliance with processes and standards during the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication between technical and business areas.
• Work with leaders and executives to align project management with strategic objectives.
• Prepare progress reports and metrics for IT Management and Direction.
• Identify findings, areas of opportunity, and improvement actions.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
• Desirable specialty or master's degree in Project Management, Digital Transformation, or Business Management.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership or project management.
• Experience in project planning and documentation.
• Experience in research and technology.
• Experience in analysis and interpretation of statistical information.

Technical Knowledge:

• Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, and Lean.
• Project management.
• Documentation and standardization of processes.
• Indicators and metrics.
• Quality systems.
• Continuous improvement.
• Management of project management tools, preferably Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced Excel.
• Word and PowerPoint.
