The focus within this versatile function lies entirely on our office organization in Alblasserdam. You support managers with various HR issues and play an important role in the further development of teams, employees, and the organization. In doing so, you support managers with issues surrounding performance, team development, talent, and growth within a dynamic and international context. No two days are the same: you constantly switch between operational issues, tactical HR advice, and ad hoc situations within Product & Support. It is precisely that dynamism that gives you energy.

On a daily basis, you will be busy with: You are the sparring partner for managers regarding HR issues, team development, and personnel policy;

You advise managers on performance, development, career progression, and the sustainable employability of employees;

You support managers with organizational changes, team dynamics, and the further professionalization of teams;

You identify what teams need to function optimally and translate this into concrete HR actions;

You manage various HR cases and ensure a pragmatic and careful approach;

You actively contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of HR policy and HR processes;

You interact extensively with various stakeholders within the organization and are strong in both advisory and operational capacities;

You work closely with the entire HR team to further develop the organization.

360 in the organization: You report to the HR Manager. In this role, you are part of the HR Team. You work intensively with the HR team and the other departments at our head office, including Logistiek, Finance, IT, (Retail) Buying, Styling, Planning, and CSR.

What you bring: HBO working and thinking level;

Up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations;

You feel comfortable in an environment with a lot of pace, change, and diverse interests;

You are firm in your communication and dare to challenge managers;

You switch easily with commercial personalities and quickly gain trust;

You are a great communicator in both Nederlands and English. German language is a plus;

You are digital minded and have experience with HR data analyse;

To be successful in this position, a minimum of 2 years of experience is required;

You are stress-resistant and can determine urgency well.

What we offer: A gross salary between €4,000 and €5,400 based on 38 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience;

25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, pension scheme;

Full-time for us is a 38-hour work week, but from 32 hours it is negotiable;
