Industrial Performance and Strategic Projects Lead (M/F)

You will take charge of key projects to sustainably improve the company's performance.

Concretely, you will:

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects (indicators, quality, performance, standards).
• Build and monitor relevant KPIs to drive activity.

• Analyze field data to identify concrete improvement levers.
• Structure and ensure the reliability of industrial processes.

• Deploy and monitor measurable action plans.
• Work at the interface with production, quality, technical, and sales departments.

• Ensure clear, decision-oriented reporting to Management.

Master's degree (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or equivalent). 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial project management.

Comfortable with performance indicators and data analysis.

Ability to structure, prioritize, and advance complex topics.

Good quality / industrial process culture.

Analytical mindset, rigor, and result-oriented approach.

Ability to work cross-functionally and engage teams.
