We are recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for our boutique in The Village Outlet. The position is a full-time CDI.

Job Description As an Assistant, you will support the Store Manager in managing the sales floor, optimizing results, and building customer loyalty, within the framework of GANT's commercial policy.

Your missions will be as follows:

Be a role model for the teams:

• Welcome every customer and offer them excellent service.
• Advise customers on the Brand and all product categories, developing in-depth product knowledge while maintaining a premium level.
• Demonstrate commercial leadership, utilizing various available tools to build customer loyalty, recruit new customers, and develop long-term relationships.
• Contribute to the achievement of team objectives, being responsible for the sales results of your team.

Be proactive in helping managers make the customer the team's top priority:

• Help the Manager ensure team development and support, notably through coaching and participating in the integration of new arrivals;
• Help the Manager implement specific action plans to develop the customer portfolio;
• Implement action plans with the manager to develop category performance.

Profile

• Excellent sense of customer service and detail.
• Comfort with back office tools.
• Team spirit, rigor, versatility, availability.
• Curiosity & listening skills.
• Fluent English (there will be an interview in English)
• Adaptability and proactivity. Excellent communication.
