AI & Digital Engineer

Key Responsibilities Develop and implement AI/ML, LLM, Computer Vision and predictive analytics solutions for construction projects.  Integrate BIM, ERP, project, site and IoT data to support project delivery and decision-making.  Develop data pipelines, dashboards and digital workflows using Python, SQL, Power BI and related tools.  Identify business needs and translate them into practical and scalable digital solutions.  Collaborate with project and site teams to test, implement and drive adoption of digital solutions.  Ensure data quality, security, governance and solution performance.  Evaluate emerging AI and digital technologies and develop relevant pilot solutions. Requirements  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.  Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in AI, Data Science, Digital Engineering or similar role.  Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, AI/ML and data analytics.  Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, BI tools and BIM/project systems.  Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.  Construction, engineering or infrastructure experience is preferred. Preferred Experience  Autodesk Construction Cloud / Revit APIs  Primavera P6 / Procore  GIS and spatial analytics  AI/digital solution deployment in construction environments
