Purchasing Specialist

Manage and follow up with existing and potential suppliers.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery terms, and commercial conditions.

Compare supplier quotations and identify the best purchasing options.

Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, Sales, and other departments regarding purchasing requirements.

Monitor stock levels and product movement to support purchasing decisions.

Analyze purchasing, pricing, sales, and inventory data.

Maintain accurate supplier, pricing, and purchasing records.

Follow market prices and product availability.

Identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs and improve supplier terms.

Support management with purchasing reports and recommendations.

Previous experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Retail Purchasing .

Strong negotiation, supplier management, and follow-up skills .

Very good command of Microsoft Excel and professional email communication .

Good analytical and reporting skills .

Good understanding of inventory, stock movement, and purchasing needs .

Experience in electronics, gaming, consoles, or IT accessories is highly preferred.
