Corporate Legal Counsel

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to manage the company's legal affairs, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle legal procedures with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice and support across all company departments.
• Contracts & Agreements: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.

• Licenses & Government Relations: Handle company licenses, permits, renewals, and dealings with relevant government authorities.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, occupational health and safety requirements, and relevant government standards.

• Dispute Resolution: Handle legal disputes, claims, and court cases, and coordinate with external lawyers when necessary.
• Risk Management: Identify legal risks and recommend appropriate solutions to protect the company's interests.

Bachelor's degree in Law.

Licensed to practice law in Egypt.

Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or as an in-house lawyer.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor, commercial, and corporate laws.

Experience dealing with government authorities, licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
