Galilee Internship Programme 2027 Start Date: Jan 2027 onwards Duration: 10-24 weeks (Flexible based on applicant) -> Potential for conversion into full-time Fund Management Executive Position offer. Interview and Selection Period: Sep - Dec 2026 Programme Overview Each internship programme consists of 3 distinct Phases: Phase 1 (1-2 weeks) - Orientation: During this phase, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of the Fund Management Industry, compliance environment and investment process. Phase 2a (2-8 weeks) - Attachment: During this phase, you will be attached to different funds to get firsthand experience on supporting various stages of the investment process. Phase 2b (7-14 weeks) - Project and Implementation: During this phase, you will be given a specific project scope, depending on your course of study. Project details will be made available during Phase 2A of your internship. Your project proposal will be assessed and evaluated by the management, with the potential to be implemented within the Company.

Responsibilities Onboarding of Investors and Investor relationship management Assist with risk management assessments and internal audits Update and develop company Compliance Manual, SOPs Proposal, minute and report writing Investment due diligence, research, financial analysis, modelling, stakeholder/scenario analysis Project assignment and presentation of findings Arrange and conduct meetings Any other adhoc tasks assigned by mentor Learning Outcomes & Objectives Soft Competencies To develop sense of ethical and professional conduct in the Fund Management Industry To demonstrate decision making based on an ethical framework, critical thinking, reasoning, analysis and problem solving. Technical competencies To demonstrate understanding of a fund investment process and provide support to each process phase which includes (1) Due Diligence, (2) Research and Analysis, (3) Fund Raising, (4) Investment tracking and (5) Investor Relations Management. To understand the policies and procedures relating to confidentiality, information security, asset usage and outsourcing operations, and to apply relevant laws and regulations relating to customer information and customer due diligence. To understand and apply how risk management and internal audit are conducted in the context of a fund management company and its managed funds. To understand basic corporate processes such as minute writing, and SOP development. Requirements You are a universityundergraduate at least in the second year of your undergraduate studies. You a Full Time Student pursuing an undergraduate degree from NUS, NTU, SMU, SIT, SUSS, or SUTD. You are in one of thefollowing courses of study - Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics,Accounting. Students from other courses of study may also be considered if they demonstrate strong potential. You are able tocommit to at least 3 full weekdays per week for the duration of the Programme. You have a strong inclination to work in the fund management or investment industry. You are fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can present your conclusions in a clear and well-structured manner. You are proficient in the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Grok; Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word; and Google Workspace tools such as Sheets, Slides and Docs. You are able to work independently, and within a team. You are self-motivated, curious and have an entrepreneurial spirit. You have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
