Senior Claims Executive

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Claims Executive to join our team and play a key role in supporting clients through the claims process with professionalism, efficiency and care. The key job description: Handle client enquiries via phone and email Check client's eligibility/validity of medical benefits Provide benefits advice accordingly Process medical claims reimbursement Problem solve operational and system issues Other administrative duties as assigned Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a claims department of an insurance broker with a focus on employee benefits (health and life) and a minimum of 5 years of claims related experience Diploma and above Must be well versed in medical terms Must possess commercial GI and HI certification Meticulous and detailed at work with accuracy Responsive to client needs Team player Problem solver Willing to learn and adaptable to working environment with minimum supervision Able to work within KPIs set
