Your tasks
As an English Trainer or English Teacher, you will be assigned to the Galaxia Private Course unit to provide high-quality learning, including executing 1-on-1 private course schemes directly to students' homes.
Your main duties include 1. Designing and executing systematic Lesson Planning tailored to individual student needs. 2. Managing Classroom Management to ensure the learning atmosphere remains conducive, effective, and interactive (both during direct teaching and private sessions). 3. Providing academic guidance and personal learning assistance to students. 4. Conducting periodic evaluations of learning outcomes and preparing accurate student progress reports. 5. Collaborating with the internal team to ensure the highest standards of education and service are maintained.
Requirements
This role requires good communication skills in teaching English, reliability in mobility for visiting students' homes, as well as basic administrative skills using Microsoft Office for data recording and daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements ● Education: Active Student / D3 / S1 / Active teacher in formal schools ● Experience: 1 to 3 years in a related field (teaching / education).
- Key Skills:
1. Mastery of Language Teaching (specifically English). 2. Good Customer Service, Student Counseling, and Teamwork abilities.
- Administrative skills using Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel).
- Added Value: Understanding or experience related to TOEFL and IELTS teaching standards.
