Restaurant Manager

Place of work: Hotel Monty, Příkrá 218, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně. Employment relationship for an indefinite period. Immediate start possible. Working hours: 7:00-19:00 h (according to the shift schedule). Job description: complete control over the restaurant operation, planning and organization of work in all points of sale, HACCP standards, Occupational Safety and Health (BOZP) and Fire Protection (PO) standards, organization of individual events in the hotel, processing of inventories. We require: min. secondary education, knowledge of English (NJ), knowledge of restaurant operations, independent decision-making, ability to lead a team of employees, at least 3 years of experience in the same position.
