GAGA is hiring online teachers for both Part-Time and Full-Time positions to deliver live, one-on-one tutoring sessions to students on our platform. We're looking for experienced, reliable educators who are comfortable teaching in a video-session format and committed to showing up fully present for every class.
Your tasks
- English Teachers
- International Mathematics
- International Science
- Deliver live, one-on-one online teaching sessions according to the assigned schedule
- Prepare lesson materials and tailor sessions to each student's level and pace
- Keep your camera on for the full duration of every session
- Track and communicate student progress after each session
- Respond to student and platform messages in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain punctuality — join sessions on time, every time
- Follow GAGA's teaching guidelines and code of conduct throughout all interactions

During sessions
- Camera must be ON for the entire duration of every session, no exceptions
- Professional appearance and conduct at all times on camera
Requirements
Experience & qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (classroom or online)
- Strong command of the subject(s) you'll teach and clear communication skills
Availability
- Part-Time: at least 25 hours/week
- Full-Time: at least 35 hours/week
- Consistent weekly availability — no frequent last-minute schedule changes
Equipment & setup
- A personal laptop (required — tablets/phones are not accepted for teaching sessions)
- Working webcam and microphone
- Stable, reliable internet connection
- A quiet, well-lit space suitable for live video sessions
Soft skills
- Patience and adaptability when working with different student levels and ages
- Comfortable with technology and GAGA's teaching platform
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive to platform communications
Other
This is a remote position — teach from anywhere with a stable internet connection and a quiet space for live sessions.
Position Types & Weekly Availability Position Part-Time Teacher: 25 hours/week
Full-Time Teacher: 35 hours/week Domains
Availability is scheduled across the week to match student demand; exact hours are coordinated with the teacher once on-boarded.
