As part of a replacement, we are looking for an aeronautical Customer Success in CDI, based at our Toulouse site.

Your missions:

Under the responsibility of the Responsable commerce opérationnel and as part of a logistics service dedicated to the aeronautical sector, you will be required to:

• Ensure the commercial, administrative, and organizational management of one or more Grands Comptes.
• Manage the framework contract, lead performance meetings, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to the action plan and continuous improvement, while supervising the management of customer and supplier disputes.
• Manage the administration of customer and supplier orders.

Your profile:

• Coming from a background in commerce or management, you have at least 3 years of experience in administration des ventes and/or procurement.
• You demonstrate analysis, organization, and show a true sense of customer service.
• Possessing interpersonal skills, you know how to communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of the aeronautical sector and/or chemical products constitutes an additional asset.
• Finally, fluent English is required.
