Crafted is an AI-native creative agency for startups from pre-seed to Series B. Launch videos, branding, pitch decks, motion graphics, landing pages. Designers make the work and AI handles everything around it. We work out of Oslo, Lisbon, Jakarta and San Francisco, and we ship in under 48 hours.
Your tasks
What you will do every day Cut and finish short-form video for startup clients: launch videos, product films, social cuts. Build motion graphics and animated type from the brand kits we hand you. Work to the brand, not to your own taste. Every client has a kit and you stay inside it. Turn a brief around fast. Our promise to clients is under 48 hours. Take written feedback and come back with the fix rather than the argument.
Requirements
What we need from you Real editing and motion work behind you, and a reel we can watch. After Effects and Premiere, or an equivalent you can prove. Sound design and music sync that serve the cut rather than decorate it. English good enough to read a brief and ask the one question that matters. A reliable daily overlap with European hours.
Nice to have 3D in Blender or Cinema 4D. Colour grading. Startup or SaaS brands in your portfolio.

What we offer
The details Full time, 40 hours per week, fully remote. Paid trial week first, around Rp 3,500,000. Rp 14,500,000 to Rp 15,000,000 per month for the first three months. A considerable rise after that, with scope and responsibility. We are hiring someone to grow into this, not to sit in it.
We pay 100 USD each to the fifteen best submissions, sent through Wise, whether or not we hire you.
