Requirements

• What are we looking for in you?
• Are you a High School Graduate in any modality, have your military ID, a valid security course, and wish to work as a security officer/guard? This vacancy is for you! What will you do? Crisis Management and Reaction: Act as the first responder in incidents (thefts, incipient fires, medical emergencies) applying advanced security protocols until reinforcements or authorities arrive. Risk Analysis and Evaluation: Identify weak points at the service post (lighting, defective cameras, unusual visitor patterns) and propose corrective measures to the supervisor. Advanced Auditing and Monitoring: Handle complex CCTV systems, electronic alarms, and access control software, identifying failures and managing recordings for investigation. Preparation of Detailed Reports: Document incidents exhaustively, including testimonies, chronology, and actions taken, serving as legal evidence or support for internal investigations. Control of Operational Closures: Supervise high-risk processes, such as cash closures, the loading/unloading of high-value merchandise, or the securing of critical areas (servers, vaults). Relationship with Authorities: Serve as the main point of contact with the Policía Nacional, firefighters, or other emergency entities during an event, coordinating access and information.
