A well-established and highly respected regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its growing team in Chichester.

Your tasks
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 1-5 years' post-qualification experience to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, handling a broad range of high-quality private client work.
The Opportunity You will manage your own varied caseload and advise clients on a range of private client matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Trust creation and administration
- Court of Protection matters
- Succession and wealth preservation planning
The role offers you exposure to quality work, direct client contact and the opportunity to build long-term professional relationships within an established private client practice.
Requirements
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives who possess:
- 1-5 years' PQE in Private Client law
- Experience managing a caseload of wills, probate and estate administration matters
- Strong client care and communication skills
- A professional and empathetic approach
- Excellent organisational and file management abilities
- A desire to develop technically and progress their career
- An interest in networking and business development
