A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its growing Wills, Trusts & Probate team in Tunbridge Wells.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to take a leading role within a collaborative and forward-thinking team, handling high-quality work while supporting the development of junior colleagues and helping to drive the continued growth of the department.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- High-value and complex estates
- Trust creation and administration
- Inheritance tax planning
- Lifetime gifting and asset protection matters
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
You'll also provide technical support to colleagues, assist with business development activities and build strong long-term relationships with clients and professional contacts.
About You
You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor with significant Private Client experience
- Technically strong across wills, probate, trusts and tax planning
- Experienced in handling complex estate administration matters
- Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Passionate about delivering outstanding client service
- Interested in mentoring junior team members
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
