A well-established and respected law firm in Newbury is looking to appoint an experienced Litigation Solicitor at Senior Associate or Partner level to join its Dispute Resolution team.

This is a senior opportunity for a solicitor with strong commercial and civil litigation experience, including commercial property litigation , who is looking for the opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the continued growth of the team.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of complex commercial and civil disputes
• Advise clients through negotiation, mediation and litigation
• Handle commercial property litigation matters
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Supervise and support junior fee earners and support staff
• Contribute to business development and team growth
• At Partner level, play a key role in the strategic development of the department, with equity partnership potential

About You

• 10+ years' PQE
• Strong commercial/civil litigation experience
• Experience of complex disputes and ideally commercial property litigation
• Strong client management and advocacy skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
• Leadership or supervision experience
