This is an excellent opportunity within a Legal 500 firm that is nationally recognised for its expertise in housing litigation matters. The Manchester office is seeking a newly qualified or junior solicitor with experience in housing litigation to join its close-knit team.

Your tasks

You will managing a varied caseload defending a range of housing claims, including:

• Anti-Social Behaviour
• Environmental Protection Act
• Possession cases
• Disrepair
