You will represent clients in court, oversee case preparation and provide clear, practical advice across all stages of litigation. The role also includes supporting junior Solicitors and contributing to team development. About you This role would suit a Solicitor who: Has 5+ years’ PQE in litigation or court work Has experience in family law and advocacy Is confident managing complex cases independently Has client relationship and communication skills Is interested in mentoring and contributing to team growth The environment This is an established North Ayrshire firm with a steady flow of work and a supportive culture.
