A growing, modern law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate & Commercial Senior Associate Solicitor to join its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer seeking high-quality work, genuine progression and the chance to play a key role in the growth of a successful practice.
The Role
You'll advise a broad range of business clients on corporate transactions, commercial agreements, restructures, governance matters and strategic business issues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on M&A, restructures, shareholder agreements and business sales
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Managing transactions from instruction to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Leading matters independently with minimal supervision
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers
- Contributing to business development and networking activities
- Managing billing and commercial performance of matters
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 4 + years PQE in Corporate & Commercial law
- Strong technical and commercial skills
- Proven experience managing client relationships and complex transactions
- Confident supervising junior colleagues
- Proactive, collaborative and business-focused approach
