Some Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied and complex Commercial Property caseload
- Acting for landowners, developers, housebuilders and commercial property owners
- Handling acquisitions, disposals and development transactions
- Advising on leases, options, overage and promotion agreements
- Working on secured lending and property portfolio financing
- Contributing to the continued growth and direction of the Commercial Property team
You will be:
- An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor at Senior Associate / Partner level
- Technically strong with experience handling complex transactions
- Confident managing matters and client relationships independently
- Commercially minded with an interest in business development
- Comfortable supporting and mentoring more junior lawyers
- Collaborative, personable and client-focused
- Keen to play a key role within an ambitious and growing team
