A well-established law firm in Boston is looking to appoint a Wills & Probate Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Legal Advisor to join its successful Private Client team. This is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in a department that plays a genuinely important role in clients' lives.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters , providing trusted advice and exceptional client care from start to finish. Knowledge of trusts would be advantageous, and full support will be provided towards achieving STEP qualification.

The Role

• Managing a broad caseload of wills, probate and private client matters
• Advising on wills, estate planning and lasting powers of attorney
• Assisting with deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
• Maintaining excellent client relationships and high standards of client care
• Supporting the Head of Department and contributing to the continued growth of the team

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Legal Advisor
• Experience in wills, probate and private client work
• Exposure to Court of Protection matters
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, professional and personable approach
• Organised, proactive and keen to develop professionally
• Willingness to work towards STEP qualification
