Learning Support Assistant / Shadow Support - Brain Bloom

*We are hiring on behalf of our client, a Child Skills Development Training Institute in Dubai. The institute provides educational and skills development programs for children in a supportive and professional learning environment.*

Purpose: To support learners in sessions so they can access tasks, communicate, regulate and participate safely.

Key duties:

• Support individual learners and small groups during sessions.
• Help with transitions, instructions, focus, regulation and task completion.
• Record brief support observations for the lead staff member.
• Maintain dignity, independence and positive relationships.
• Follow safeguarding, behaviour and incident procedures.

KPIs: Session safety, learner participation, instructor support, punctuality and quality of observations. Required experience/qualifications:
