*Job Summary* G Square Builders Ltd. is seeking an experienced *Excavator Operator* with a minimum of *2+ years of hands-on experience* in digging and site preparation for *commercial and residential lots*. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating excavators safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
*Duties*
- Operate excavators for commercial and residential site excavation
- Perform digging, trenching, grading, and backfilling
- Read and interpret site plans and grade stakes
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work closely with site supervisors and crew members
*Qualifications*
- Minimum *2 years of excavator operating experience*
- Experience with commercial and residential lot preparation
- Strong understanding of site safety regulations
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver?s license (Class 5 required; Class 1 or 3 is an asset)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
