Drug Registration Clerk (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Supporting the Regulatory Affairs Manager and CMC Coordinators (m/f/d) in the worldwide creation, consolidation, and submission of registration documents
• Correct filing of documents within the framework of our drug registration processes
• Application of the designated software "DocuBridge", which includes intensive training
• Worldwide correspondence with distribution partners and regulatory authorities
• Support with organizational and administrative tasks, such as deputy assistance tasks as well as arranging registration-relevant services, such as translation work

Your Profile:

• You have completed scientific training, e.g., as a Chemielaborant (m/f/d), chemisch-technische Assistenz, or pharmazeutisch-technische Assistenz
• You have initial professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a scientific field
• Ideally, you have completed further training as a Geprüfter Pharmareferent (IHK) (m/f/d)
• You possess good English and confident MS Office skills as well as enjoyment in working with a PC
• You are characterized by an independent and structured way of working and enjoy contributing to the fulfillment of our tasks together within the team
• A sense of responsibility and open communication round off your profile
