Junior Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales team member to support and develop our sales activities. You will learn about marble, granite, and natural stone restoration and maintenance services, handle customer enquiries, follow up on quotations, and develop new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to sales enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms to provide accurate information and support customer needs
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and advance sales opportunities
• Prepare clear and detailed quotations and sales proposals to support customer decision-making
• Schedule and coordinate site appointments between customers and the operations team to ensure smooth project execution
• Assess customers’ requirements and recommend appropriate marble, granite, and natural stone restoration services
• Actively pursue closing sales by following up on quotations and addressing customer concerns
• Generate new customer leads through calls, emails, referrals, and other sales activities to expand the client base
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Collect customer feedback after project completion to identify future sales opportunities and improve service quality
• Keep accurate records of enquiries, quotations, and sales follow-ups for reporting and tracking purposes
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Management teams on confirmed projects to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support promotional efforts targeting residential, commercial, hotel, condominium, and corporate customers
• Meet or exceed individual and company sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by Management to support business growth

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent
• Fresh graduates or candidates with little sales experience are welcome to apply
• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
• Background in construction, renovation, interior design, building materials, or property-related industries is beneficial
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively
• Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, and email for customer communication
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to use social media and online platforms for sales prospecting
• Willingness to learn about marble, granite, and natural stone restoration services
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer acquisition
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Responsible with strong follow-up skills to ensure customer satisfaction
