Tasks

Reviewing relevant customs and tax information Preparing, processing, and submitting various customs declarations Maintaining accurate clearance records and “Zuiveringsadministratie” Processing operational customs matters Communicating and coordinating with customers, customs authorities, and internal departments Ensuring accurate and timely administrative processing

Profile

Experience in customs clearance and customs compliance. Good knowledge of Dutch and EU customs regulations. Experience working with customs authorities. Dutch and English language proficiency (C1 level or higher). Independent and structured way of working. Completed vocational training in the field of customs, for example through EVOFENEDEX or a comparable qualification. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in customs. Comprehensive knowledge of customs processes and customs legislation.

Additional Information

Due to the nature of the role, strong knowledge of the local customs environment, regulatory framework, and relevant market practices is required. Experience working with local customs authorities and stakeholders is highly desirable.
