Salesforce Technical Lead – Education Cloud

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Education Cloud to lead the technical design, development, integration, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for education-sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Salesforce Education Cloud solution design and technical implementation.
- Work closely with clients, architects, business analysts, and development teams.
- Develop and review solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, APIs and integrations.
- Design integrations with Student Information Systems (SIS), LMS, ERP and other third-party platforms.
- Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure Salesforce best practices.
- Support data migration, deployment, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the complete project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Salesforce development/technical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Education Cloud.
- Strong Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow and integration experience.
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, security and data models.
- Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects and technical teams.
- Salesforce certifications and experience in the education sector will be an advantage.
