Salesforce Functional Lead – Education Cloud

Experience: 7+ years in Salesforce, with strong experience in the Education sector

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Functional Lead with strong knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud to lead functional requirements, solution design, and implementation for education-sector clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery and requirements workshops with education-sector stakeholders.
• Understand and map student/learner lifecycle, admissions, enrolment, academic programs, student engagement and support processes.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce Education Cloud solutions.
• Configure and define Salesforce functionality in collaboration with technical teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, and project teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Lead UAT, user training, change management, and post-go-live support.
• Provide functional guidance and best-practice recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Salesforce functional consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Education Cloud.
• Experience working with universities, colleges, schools, or education institutions preferred.
• Strong understanding of student lifecycle and education business processes.
• Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects.
• Salesforce certifications, particularly Education Cloud Consultant, will be an advantage.
