Associate Trainers & Facilitators (Freelance / Project-Based)

FutureForward is expanding our pool of Associate Trainers and Facilitators to support upcoming learning and development projects in Singapore.

We are looking for experienced and engaging trainers who enjoy working with diverse learner groups, including children, youths, tertiary students and adults. Engagements will be offered on a freelance or project basis according to programme requirements and trainer availability.

Key Areas of Training

We welcome trainers with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Public speaking and presentation skills
• Storytelling
• Facilitation and engagement skills
• Leadership and personal effectiveness
• Emotional intelligence
• Customer and community engagement
• Managing challenging conversations and situations
• Problem solving and scenario-based learning
• Project management
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Other relevant soft-skills and people-development programmes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant training, facilitation or educational experience
• Experience conducting training for one or more of these learner groups: Primary School, Secondary School, Tertiary/Pre-University and Adults
• Strong facilitation, communication and participant-engagement skills
• Comfortable facilitating interactive activities, discussions, role plays and scenario-based learning
• Able to adapt facilitation approaches to different age groups and learner profiles
• Relevant training, facilitation or educational qualifications/certifications are advantageous
• Experience working with schools, government agencies, community organisations or large-scale programmes is advantageous
