QA Engineer – AI / Software Products

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing technology company developing AI-driven software solutions, for an experienced QA Engineer to join its core product and engineering team.

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role where you will take ownership of product quality across the full testing lifecycle and help build and enhance the company's QA and test automation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Review PRDs/requirements and independently define test scope and acceptance criteria.
• Design and execute comprehensive test cases covering functional workflows, business rules, AI-agent interactions, edge cases and error scenarios.
• Manage defects end-to-end, from identification and tracking through resolution and regression testing.
• Own testing through final acceptance/UAT and support release quality.
• Develop and progressively expand automated regression testing for core product scenarios.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of software testing/QA experience with exposure to the full testing lifecycle.
• Able to independently translate PRDs/requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework such as Playwright, JUnit or Selenium.
• Able to read and write Chinese, including Chinese technical documentation/PRDs.
• Independent, hands-on and accountable with strong problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with API testing (Postman/curl), SQL, performance/load testing, security testing, AI/LLM applications, or finance/property management/ERP-style SaaS products will be advantageous.
