Job Summary

You will manage tender preparation, project documentation, and client contractual issues while supporting sales and site requirements. You will also create and modify design drawings to meet client needs and ensure timely project progress.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), tender documents, and cost comparisons for tender projects to support accurate supplier and subcontractor negotiations
• Administer project documentation including preparing sub-contracts, variation orders, and final account settlements to ensure contractual compliance
• Resolve contractual issues with clients during ongoing projects to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction
• Prepare and submit progress claims to clients and update progress claim reports to track financial status
• Coordinate sales support and manage customer job site requirements to facilitate smooth project execution
• Draft preliminary layouts and design modifications using AutoCAD according to client specifications within set timelines
• Maintain systems for drawing submissions, send cut lists for fabrication, and monitor shop drawing status to ensure production accuracy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree with drafting experience in Interior Fitting Out, Architectural Works, or Structural work, combined with adequate Quantity Surveying experience or equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D drawing to produce and modify technical designs
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
• Willingness to visit project sites as required
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and well-organized approach
