Assistant Estates Manager

NHS - Birmingham - 4 on 4 off - days and nights - Salary to £61k Salary £44,000 - £50,000 plus a shift allowance of 22% of the salary offered Shift pattern of 2 days on (7am-7pm) then 2 nights on (7pm-7am) then 4 days off 80% office, 20% on tools 7 under them, 2 elec, 2 mech, 2 Maintenance Assistants, 1 fabric Manging workload, PPMs, reactive works, Meet SLAs, Covering sickness and annual leave, deal with escalations. Would look at an Electrical or Mechanical manager. If Electric, must be fully qualified and have AM2 and 18th edition. If Mechanical must have City & Guilds Mechanical Engineering Level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds Pipefitting & Plumbing Level 2 & 3 or City & Guilds Plumbing Level 2 & 3 No car with this role as it's static

This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
