APQP Engineer

•Control new model project SRC and Pass through kick off Initial control after new model mass production. •Analysis trouble new model trial event and initial control. •Preparation document new model each stage as customer request •ECN/ ECI/ PCR Follow and Update. •Control machine down time to achieve KPI •Improvement defect and process •Process improvement project and Suggestion for improvement •Define standard process in accordance with product drawing and define standard time of each process step. •Preparing for new process investment (Jig/Fixture, Tooling & Equipment, Line Measurement, Die Initial spare part, Machine & Facilities installed) •Preliminary Process layout, Process flow chart, PFMEA, work standard, work instruction, Control Plan •Participates in the assessment of business capabilities to diversify into new improvement. •productivity project to achieve the target •Support cost reduction of each project

Qualifications: Female or Male age not over 30 years Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineer or a related Engineer field Minimum 2 years’ Experience in the field of automotive manufacturing /Electrical part. Experience of production which is for soldering process using electric parts such as Surface mount, discreet mount, test. Strong leadership skills and good team player that influences, motivates and educates other team members Good command of English, both writing and speaking skills. Have knowledge of TS 16949, ISO 9000, 5S, Kaizen, Suggestion and 7QC tools. Positive thinking, ability to work with crosses functional teams and good problem solving skills. Must be able to perform well under pressure and Negotiation with customer Computer skill , MS office, CAD, Drawing skill.
