videographer

We are looking for a Videographer who has a strong visual sense, understands movement, and can turn dance & entertainment moments into compelling content.

This is not a typical 9–5 office job.

Our work happens around rehearsals, classes, performances, productions, events, and content days — so flexibility and adaptability are important.

we are looking for a videographer who’s fast, reliable, and detail-driven. Someone who knows how to capture movement, energy, and storytelling.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Owns a professional camera & basic shooting equipment — this is a must.
• Has experience shooting dance, performance, events, lifestyle, or entertainment content.
• Has a strong visual taste — good composition, framing, lighting, movement, and storytelling.
• Understands how to capture movement, timing, energy & emotion, especially in dance.
• Comfortable working with a dynamic schedule and occasional evenings/weekends when required by productions or events.
• Flexible and not overly rigid about working hours. We care about getting the work done well, not simply sitting at a desk for 8 hours.
• Can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Can also collaborate well with dancers, choreographers, creative, marketing, and production teams.
• Has good communication skills and can take direction while also bringing their own creative input.
• Responsible with equipment, files, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced entertainment environment where plans can change.
• Strong understanding of lighting, angles, and pacing (especially for dance).
• Up-to-date with trend video short-form & long form (Reels, TikTok, YT).
• Bonus: Comfortable giving direction during shoots.
