Team Leader International Sales (m/f/d)

For our location in Hamm-Uentrop, we are looking for an immediate
Team Leader International Sales (m/f/d). Your activities
- Organizational responsibility for the export team (4 employees)
- Negotiation of offers and framework agreements up to successful completion
- Collaboration and support in the daily operational business of the inside sales department
- Condition agreements at the customer level
- Ensuring the continuous maintenance and use of the CRM system
- Link and impulse provider between field service and inside sales
- Participation in the planning and attendance at international trade fairs and events with a focus on Europe
Your requirement profile
- Completed commercial training, e.g., as Industriekaufmann/-frau, Kaufmann/-frau für Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement or comparable qualification, ideally with further training (e.g., Fachwirt or Betriebswirt)
- Several years of professional experience in international sales, preferably in the construction industry
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
- Strong teamwork skills
